About the Scottish Mediation Register
The Scottish Mediation Register is an independent Register of mediators who meet benchmark standards of quality.
The organisations is led by an independent Benchmark Standards Group.
The SMR website is presently operated and maintained by the staff of the Scottish Mediation Network. The Scottish Executive has funded this preliminary work.
The use of the logos and devices of the Scottish Mediation Register and the term “Scottish Mediation Registered mediator” are permitted only for as long at a mediator complies with all requirements set by the Benchmark Standards Group, including payment of the annual registration fee.
